What’s the color of anger? Were in the body does Freedom live? What is the opposite to feeling supported? Does Vulnerability have a companion? What is trust? And what is the opposite to trust? You will find the answers to that in the five chapters of The Book of Emotions. And you will also be able to befriend and dive deep into these emotions in the company of raw, real and honest writers.

MARTIN FERDINANDS climbs trees, practices yoga, meditates and writes in his journal. When he is not doing any of those, he reads and translates texts from various Asian spiritual traditions as part of his graduate studies.
